GC2 Youth Group
“GC2 exists to promote & cultivate God-honoring, gospel-driven relationships among young people, faithfully focusing on the Greatest Commandments (love God; love others) & the Great Commission (make disciples).”
Our GC2 group consists of 7th-12th graders, and meets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month at our church building from 6:30-8pm for Bible study, games, worship, & prayer for the purpose of building relationships among one another as we fellowship around God and His Word.
Kids 4 Truth
On the first & third Wednesdays of the month, the children in K – 6th grade meet at our church building from 6:30-8pm for a time of learning, Scripture memory, crafts, games, & other fun activities. It’s a great opportunity for these children to learn about the Lord, memorize Scripture, learn how to apply it to their lives, and build relationships with each other!
Men’s Ministry
Our culture has many views of what a man looks like and Christian men are exposed to those influences all the time. But God’s creation design placed men in the position of spiritual leadership in the church and in the home – leadership that must be exercised in a Christ-like, sacrificial, loving way that is based on a relationship with Jesus and what the Scriptures say about what men are and should be. The men from RBC meet every Thursday morning at 6am for breakfast to discuss Scripture and pray in order to sharpen each other to become more Christ-like men.
Women’s Ministry
“To build up one another in the faith through developing closer friendships, pointing each other to Christ, and encouraging one another to continue in His Word & serve the church in love.”
Redeemer’s women are striving to grow together into women who are unified in love for God and in our relationships with others. One of the ways the RBC women seek to accomplish this is through regularly coordinating intentional group discussions around God’s Word, other books, & doing life together.
The women also meet in pairs intermittently throughout the year in partner study of a book or passage of the Bible. In these studies the women seek to gain a more in-depth knowledge of God and His Word, and to learn how to read and study the Bible in our own personal time in a more effective way. As a result of learning to read the Scriptures more intensively we are able to make sure that every principle we hold is gleaned directly and deliberately from God’s Word.
E4:12 Bible Classes
“… to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ …”
Ephesians 4:12 says that leaders in the church are gifted to equip the members of Christ’s body to do the work of ministry. At RBC, everyone who attends is a minister, and they all exist to build each other up in love. Our E4:12 classes provide an opportunity to equip Christians to better understand God’s Word and apply it. In these classes, we take time for theology lessons & Bible book overviews, along with topical studies such as discipleship & biblical parenting.
Vacation Bible School
Each summer we enjoy Vacation Bible School, a time where children from our church and community gather to learn about what the Bible says about who God is and what He has done. It’s a joyous time of singing, crafts, games, snacks, and a Bible lesson. It’s a highlight of our year together!
